Vozzer is a synthesizer app for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, how any locally stored data is used, and your rights as a user.

We built Vozzer to be a creative tool, not a data collection platform. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network requests during normal use.

Vozzer does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any of the following:

• Personal identifiers — no name, email address, phone number, or Apple ID.
• Location data — the app never requests or accesses your location.
• Usage analytics — no tracking of which features you use, how long you play, or how many sessions you have.
• Device information — no device model, OS version, or advertising identifiers.
• Crash reports — no automated crash data is sent anywhere.
• Microphone audio — Vozzer only plays back audio. It does not request microphone permission and does not record from the microphone.
• Contacts, camera, or photos — Vozzer does not access any of these.

Vozzer stores a small amount of data locally on your device using iOS's standard UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device.

• Saved presets — the name, waveform, envelope (ADSR), scale, range, and effects settings for any presets you create.
• App preferences — settings such as your selected waveform, range, handedness, and active effects.

You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. iOS will remove all associated data on uninstall.

Vozzer can record your playing as a loop and export it as a WAV audio file. These recordings are handled entirely on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

• Recorded loops are held in memory only and are discarded when you clear them or close the app.
• When you export a loop, the WAV file is written to your device's temporary storage and shared via the standard iOS share sheet.
• Where you send that file — AirDrop, Files, email, etc. — is entirely your choice and outside the scope of this policy.

Vozzer does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social login providers.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's own privacy practices apply to the App Store purchasing and download process. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about data collected by Apple.

Vozzer does not collect any personal data from any user, regardless of age. The app is suitable for all ages. Because no data is collected or transmitted, Vozzer has no special procedures required for users under the age of 13.

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Because Vozzer does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Any future changes will not retroactively alter how past data was handled, as no data was ever collected.
